These classes are run by our Exercise Physiologists and have a full-body focus and will always target your postural control, core muscles, coordination, flexibility and of core your balance! You are guaranteed a enjoyable workout, to challenge yourself and will definitely laugh out loud! These classes will have you moving well and feeling well.
While this type of exercise may look quite hard, we promise that all classes are beginner friendly and everything can be adapted depending on your body and your balance!
